This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by Veli Göç / Autocut AI on the Apple App Store, regardless of their individual names. By using any of our apps, you agree to the practices described in this document.
2. Information We Collect
Our apps may collect the following types of data:
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, system language, device identifier — used solely for crash reporting, analytics, and serving advertisements.
- Usage Data: Crash logs, app performance data, and in-app interaction data — used to improve app quality.

- User-Provided Data: Only if you voluntarily contact us (e.g., support email).
Some apps store the following data locally on your device only: user preferences, cached data, app settings.
Important: We do not sell personal data or share data with unauthorized third-party networks. All personal data is stored locally on your device or transmitted securely to trusted services like Firebase and Google AdMob for operational, analytical, and advertising purposes.
3. Sensitive Permissions
Some apps may request access to:
- Camera / Photo Library: Used for relevant in-app features (e.g., video editing). Media never leaves your device unless you personally export it.
- Microphone: Only when required by a specific in-app feature (e.g., audio recording, speech recognition).
- Notifications: To send relevant app alerts. Disable anytime in iOS Settings.
All sensitive permissions are used locally and data is never uploaded to our servers.
4. How We Use Collected Data
- To operate and improve app functionality.
- To analyze usage trends and improve performance via Firebase Analytics.
- To diagnose crashes and errors via Firebase Crashlytics.
- To deliver, personalize, and measure advertisements via Google AdMob (subject to user consent).
- To communicate with users who reach out for support.
- To provide a personalized experience through local preferences.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services that may process limited data:
- Google Firebase Analytics – Collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how the app is used. (Privacy Policy)

- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) – Used to display advertisements. Depending on the user's consent, AdMob may process advertising identifiers and advertising-related data to provide and measure advertisements. (Privacy Policy)
We do not use any subscription management SDKs or unauthorized data broker services. These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them.
6. Data Storage & Security
We do not store personal data on our own servers. All personal data is stored locally on your device (UserDefaults, Core Data) or processed by trusted partners like Firebase and AdMob under Google's security infrastructure.
Security measures include:
- Secure local storage using iOS frameworks.
- HTTPS/TLS for all API communications.
- Regular security updates and compliance with Apple's guidelines.
7. Advertising and App Tracking Transparency
Our apps may display advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). On iOS, we request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before using advertising identifiers where required. If permission is denied, advertisements may still be displayed in a non-personalized manner. 8. Children's Privacy
Our applications are designed for users aged 4 and above (age may vary per app). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. We comply with COPPA and Apple's children's app guidelines.

- Access: Request information about voluntarily provided data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of data associated with your usage.
- Opt-Out (Tracking): You can manage or revoke tracking permissions at any time via iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for independent marketing purposes. We may share data only in these cases:
- Legal compliance and law enforcement requests.
- Firebase (Google) for analytics and crash reporting as described above.

11. Data Retention
- Local Data: Until you delete the app or clear its data.
- Analytics & Advertising Data: Per Google Firebase and AdMob retention policies (typically 2–14 months).
- Support Emails: Retained only as long as needed to resolve your issue.
